Meet Pamela Gordon

Pamela Gordon is a lifelong conservative and longtime rural school superintendent who firmly believes that our small towns and rural communities are the true heartbeat of Oklahoma. She is not a career politician; she is a neighbor and educator who has spent her career rooted in the same values of hard work and faith that define our way of life here in District 18. Pamela is running for the House of Representatives because she has seen firsthand how distant bureaucracies and heavy-handed regulations are putting a squeeze on our families and local businesses.

Her top priority is delivering common-sense education reform that empowers parents with a real voice in their children’s schooling while ensuring our rural public schools remain strong, fully funded, and protected as the anchors of our communities. She is committed to bringing this vital rural perspective to the State Capitol—championing a pro-growth economy, defending private property rights against the abuse of eminent domain, and ensuring our farmers and ranchers can keep their land and legacies for generations to come.

Education

Pamela Gordon believes parents are the sole proprietors of their children’s education. As a rural school superintendent, she supports school choice policies that reflect rural realities and ensure local communities are strengthened rather than sidelined. Her goal is to empower families with real options while protecting the foundation of rural schools.

Economy

Gordon supports a conservative, pro-growth economy that prioritizes small businesses, agriculture, and working families over outside interests. Her focus is on creating good-paying jobs within District 18 so that families have the opportunity to build their future without being forced to leave their homes

Ranches and Farms

Agriculture is at the heart of Gordon’s campaign, and she views farming and ranching as traditions that deserve respect and protection. She stands firmly against the abuse of eminent domain and will oppose government-backed projects that trample the rights of landowners, farmers, and ranchers.
